Today I’m bringing you one more shot from last year’s trip to northern Norway. I still have a few lying around waiting to be uploaded…

Below the Surface

This shot has been taken just a few moments after “Hold your Breath”. I basically had nothing more to do than to turn around and walk a few steps. The tide pool in front of me was crystal clear and produced a perfect reflection of the distant mountains. It was just a matter of turning the polarizer to its sweet spot, to allow enough of the life below the surface to shine through – et voilá.

Heute gibt’s eine neues Bild von meinem letztjährigen Trip nach Nord-Norwegen. Von dort habe ich übrigens noch eine paar weitere herumliegen, die auf ihren Upload warten…

Das Bild habe ich nur ein paar Minuten nach “Hold your Breath” aufgenommen. Im Prinzip musste ich mich nur umdrehen und kaum mehr als ein paar Schritte gehen. Der Gezeitenpool den ich fand war kristallklar und die Berge auf der anderen Seite des Fjords spiegelten sich perfekt darin. Ich drehte noch den Pol-Filter ein wenig, um das richtige Verhältnis aus Durchsicht und Reflektion zu schaffen – et voilá..!
